Orders are usually packed within 2 to 3 working days after receipt of payment and then handed over to the shipping service provider.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days, depending on the destination country, parcel volume and local delivery conditions.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Frozen and chilled shipping is available for Germany only.
For frozen and chilled orders, an additional insulated packaging surcharge of 4,99 € applies.
We carefully pack temperature-sensitive products to support fresh delivery and reduce temperature loss during transport.
Due to weather conditions, parcel routing, transport duration and courier handling, a fully uninterrupted cold chain cannot be guaranteed in every individual case.

For Germany, free shipping thresholds may differ depending on the selected carrier.
DPD Standard shipping in Germany is free from 38,99 €, while DHL Standard shipping in Germany is free from 49,99 €.
For frozen and chilled shipping, the insulated packaging surcharge of 4,99 € is added to the currently valid shipping method.
Where legally applicable, consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
However, frozen, chilled and other perishable food products may be excluded from return for hygiene, freshness or legal reasons.
Opened, damaged, temperature-sensitive or perishable food products are excluded from return.
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please document the issue with photos and contact customer service as soon as possible.
Food products should be stored according to their required temperature conditions immediately after receipt.
