What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure local options.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Returns are not possible for perishable goods such as fresh produce or frozen items.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel or change your order within one hour of placing it. After this time, the order may already be processed and can no longer be modified.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our products are 100% authentic.

How should food products be stored?

Fresh products must be stored at cold temperatures, frozen products in the freezer, and dry goods in a cool, dry place.

Are allergens clearly listed?

Yes, our team carefully maintains product data and lists allergens as accurately as possible.

Do you sell fresh or frozen items?

Frozen products are sold only within Germany, while fresh products are available for Germany and other European countries.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery in Germany takes 2–4 business days. Express delivery is available within 48 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship worldwide, but we deliver within Europe, including Germany, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Belgium, France, Italy, Denmark, and Luxembourg.

What shipping partners do you use?

We ship our orders with DHL and DPD.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the shipping provider.
